Shipping & Delivery: You can select shipping via USPS or UPS.
Returns & Replacements: If for any reason the stamp doesn't function to its specification or we made a mistake in production, we will replace the item free with no additional charge. We can not take back a return for custom stamps simply because the customer doesn't like it or because it has a mistake or a typo due to customers error.
Ordering: Ordering a customized stamp on our site is easy. Select the stamp you want, enter the custom text in the required field (one or two lines) and then add to cart.
Payment: For your convenience we accept credit cards and Paypal. Authorized dealers can buy with a PO.
Viewing Orders: If you are a registered user, you can login to your account and view orders. You can see details including tracking and reorder previous ordered items.
